So many Americans these days are not getting enough sleep. You have to get the right amount of sleep each night or your body will suffer the consequences. Your face will look tired and puffy and your wrinkles will get worse and worse. The reason is when you sleep is when your skin fixes itself and repairs all the damage you did to it during the day if you never give your skin the time to heal itself then it never will and you will be left with unhealthy skin.
Nothing you put on or in your body will make up for the lost time you needed sleeping. There are things that will help with the occasional sleepless night but as for all the times you’re missing night after night there is nothing that will help you with that. You just have to get more sleep and the best way to do that is the same way you put any baby to sleep you have to create a pattern that you follow each night. If you watch TV before bed then you need to turn it off and maybe read a book. Meditation is one of the best ways to get your body ready for sleep because it shuts off the brain.
